How many hours to learn wingfoil?
There is no fixed number. Many riders are comfortable handling the wing after a first session and start to glide within a few sessions, and a full week of lessons usually brings real independence. If you stay several days, spread your course over different sessions to keep your body fresh and your technique sharp.
Before Your Wingfoil Lesson
- What to bring: swimwear, sunscreen, a towel, water and a warm layer. The Atlantic is cool, so ask us about a wetsuit and safety gear such as a helmet and an impact vest.
- Swimming: you should be comfortable in the water. Tell us at booking if you have any concern.
